Schedule An Appointment

Call 907-451-6682 to schedule an appointment

An appointment is a time reserved for you. This includes updating registration information, nurse intake screening and being seen by your medical provider. The amount of time reserved depends on your specific needs, and will be determined when speaking with the Appointment Clerk.

If you can’t keep your appointment, please call to cancel it at least 24 hours (one day) in advance. When you cancel your appointment, you give another patient a chance to use that time with the doctor.

After Hours

Medical needs after hours

Unfortunately there may be times when medical needs arise and the clinic is closed. In this case please use the After Hours Triage Nurse.

If you have a medical need that cannot wait for the next clinic day, please contact our regular center phone number at 451-6682 or 1-800-478-6682. The answering service will take your name and phone number, and forward it to the CitraHealth.

The triage nursing service will contact you as soon as possible and offer a recommendation for your care. You may be instructed on how to manage the illness or injury properly until the next clinic day, or the CAIHC physician on call may be contacted to provide you with further advice.

In the event of an emergency

In an emergency situation that needs immediate attention please use the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Emergency Room or call 9-1-1.  If you use the Emergency Room for health care that is not an emergency, you may be responsible for the bill.
