Request Medical Records

We can provide copies of medical records to patients who receive services through the Tanana Chiefs Conference healthcare system. Keep in mind, that we are unable to provide medical records for care received at facilities outside of our system – those requests will need to go directly to those facilities. Medical records can be requested via email, phone calls, or by fax.
