Need help navigating our healthcare system? Our patient experience team is ready and available to help when needed! We listen, problem solve, reach out to appropriate departments as needed, and help to close the loop so our patients have the best experiences possible.
ANMC Patient Advocates
TCC has two Patient Advocates located at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) in Anchorage who are able to assist patients in navigating the ANMC healthcare system.

Patient Travel
Our Patient Travel team is here to assist our patients with all of their travel needs! Patient Travel is available onsite at the Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center from Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Patient Shuttle
We offer a free shuttle service for patients visiting Fairbanks for medical care. The shuttle is available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and is closed on holidays.
