Tanana Chiefs Conference promotes a culture of ethics and compliance. All individuals and entities that perform work on behalf of TCC are expected to comply with applicable legal requirements and to conduct themselves ethically, and consistent with TCC’s values. Employees, contractors and volunteers are also expected to promptly and candidly report concerns, incidents or privacy violations to the Compliance Division, which may also be done anonymously.

TO ASK FOR HELP OR REPORT A CONCERN OR INCIDENT

To report a concern, incident, or if you believe your privacy rights have been violated, please contact the Compliance Division by phone, email or by submitting a confidential report.  You have the option to submit the incident report anonymously.

You can also file a written complaint to TCC’s Corporate Compliance Division at 122 1st Ave., Chief Peter John Building, Fairbanks, AK 99701, or the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services.  There will be no retaliation for filing a concern, incident report or complaint.
