We provide comprehensive outpatient services to Indian Health Service beneficiaries in the Interior of Alaska. Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center (CAIHC) services include primary care, internal medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s health. We also house state-of-the-art dental and eye clinics, our pharmacy, and radiology lab.
Our Primary Care Teams follow national best practice standards and will help foster a trusting relationship between patients and medical providers.

Schedule an Appointment
Call 907-451-6682 OR 1-800-478-6682 to schedule an appointment.
An appointment is a time reserved for you. This includes updating registration information, nurse intake screening and being seen by your medical provider. The amount of time reserved depends on your specific needs, and will be determined when speaking with the Appointment Clerk.
If you can’t keep your appointment, please call to cancel it at least 24 hours (one day) in advance. When you cancel your appointment, you give another patient a chance to use that time with the doctor.
Access Your Health Information
Patients of the Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center can sign-up for our Patient Portal to have 24/7 online access to their personal health information!
The portal allows patients to:
- Communicate in a secure and confidential manner with your care team
- View appointments
- View vaccination history
- View medical records
- Update your contact information
- Request/view test results
