To help uphold this high standard we offer many patient support services including the Patient Experience Program, handbooks and guides, and ways that you can communicate your concerns to us.
Patient Experience Program
The Health Services Patient Experience Program, and our Patient Experience Manager, are here to assist patients throughout their time receiving services. If you need assistance navigating through your health care delivery system, please ask to speak with the Patient Experience Manager or a Patient Navigator.
Online surveys are available for patients who have received services at CAIHC, our rural clinics, or with our Behavioral Health Department. We appreciate your feedback.
