Tanana Chiefs Conference is requesting qualified contractors to submit proposals for the demolition of the existing structure at 2605 Badger Road, North Pole, Alaska. Interested contractors are required to contact Tanna Carter via email at tanna.carter@tananachiefs.org. to register and receive an RFQ packet. Registration will close at 1:00 AST, September 22, 2023. A walk through of the structure will be held at 2:00 PM, September 29, 2023. Proposals will be due at 2:00PM AST, November 10, 2023.
Scope of Work
Provide labor, materials and equipment to meet the requirements of the Project Scope and any other items as shown on the Draft construction Documents dated September13, 2023, and attached to this RFQ. Each bidder shall thoroughly examine the work area and be familiar with the contract documents. The failure or neglect of a bidder to receive or examine any contract documentor any part thereof shall in no way relieve it from any obligations with respect to its quote or to the contract. No claim for additional compensation shall be allowed which is based upon a lack of knowledge of any contract document.
