Brownfield Public Record

The TCC TRP Public Record contains documentation for response actions within the TCC region. Response actions include all records of DEC recognized contaminated sites; environmental site assessments (Phase I & II); site monitoring; and clean ups on Tribal lands or lands in proximity to Tribal lands of interest.

Purpose of the Public Record

The Public Record provides a way for TCC member Tribes to become aware of lands where response actions have taken place. We encourage you to review the public records for your village. If you have questions or concerns about a site where response actions have taken place, we will work with you to find an answer.

The Public Record was established as a tool to ensure that affected communities have appropriate access to this information.
