Solicitation Notice
Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed law firms to provide legal services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will assist and advise TCC on a variety of legal matters as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). TCC seeks a firm with the experience, resources, and capability to provide timely and effective legal counsel throughout the term of the contract.
Questions
Interested firms may submit written questions regarding this solicitation to Cortnie Doan at cortnie.doan@tananachiefs.org . All questions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 14, 2026. Responses to submitted questions will be issued through a final addendum on or before August 21, 2026.
Proposal Due Date
Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to cortnie.doan@tananachiefs.org no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 4, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted or considered.
Notice of Intent to Award Date
The anticipated procurement schedule includes a Notice of Intent to Award on September 16, 2026, followed by Contract Execution and Notice to Proceed on October 1, 2026.
TCC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities, and modify the solicitation schedule as deemed necessary and in the best interest of the organization. Interested firms should review the complete RFP for detailed requirements, scope of work, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria.
