Due to the COVID-19 situation, Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center (CAIHC) Pharmacy has instituted a new emergency policy in which we will be offering to mail medications out to patients who live in the Fairbanks & North Pole area if they would like. This will be a voluntary process, and patients who want to pick-up their medications in person will still be allowed to do so.
This is being done to attempt to decrease all unnecessary foot traffic to CAIHC and possible exposure of patients or staff to communicable diseases. Previously, we only mailed medications to patients who live in the our Villages outside of Fairbanks/ North Pole.
