Our organization is proud to be accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care
(AAAHC). Accreditation distinguishes our organization from many other outpatient facilities by providing the highest quality of care to its patients as determined by an independent, external process of evaluation.
All of our Community Health Centers
are FTCA-Deemed facilities.

Healthy People Across Generations
We provide comprehensive outpatient services to Indian Health Service beneficiaries in the Interior of Alaska.
Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center (CAIHC) services include family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, WIC, and women’s health.
Our Pharmacy provides comprehensive services to all Alaska Natives and American Indians in the TCC Region.
We work closely with community health aides, doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners to provide pharmacy services to patients living in the villages.
We offer comprehensive and routine dental care at our state-of-the-art dental clinic.
Appointments are available, and emergencies are seen on a priority or as-needed basis. Village visits are made throughout the year.
All primary eye care services are provided at our fully equipped eye clinic for all ages.
Fairbanks services are available by appointment, and we will work with beneficiaries from out of town to try to fit them in. Please contact us for information on rural visits.
Our services are provided in three service units: Prevention, Intervention and Treatment. Prevention services include substance abuse, suicide prevention, and tobacco prevention through policy development.
Intervention is for consumers who may have problems with substance use or emotional issues that place them at risk.
Our recovery system is based on our belief that for Alaska Natives today, alcohol and drug use has become a toxic way of coping with a loss of traditional Native values, cultural patterns, identities, relationships, and unresolved trauma.
By using Native culture and traditional values as our foundation, our goal is to help people help themselves as they heal from trauma, choose healthy lifestyles and overcome substance use.
Patient Support Services are available to you to ensure you receive the best available quality of care.
Services to uphold our high standard include Quality Management, Patient Advocacy, & Purchased & Referred Care.
