Advocates Needed At Every Stage
Decisions rarely get made in a single room. A win at the North Pacific Fishery Management Council can be weakened if it isn’t reinforced by the Board of Fish.
Because these forums operate independently but shape one another, testimony given consistently is what builds the record regulators & legislators are required to consider.
Advocacy at each stage protects the ones that came before it and lays the groundwork for the ones still to come.
