Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) is proud to congratulate Darlene Huntington on her promotion to Deputy Pharmacy Director.
Darlene’s career with TCC began nearly 15 years ago when she joined the organization as a pharmacy student extern. Since then, she has continued to grow through several pharmacy roles, serving as Lead Village Health Pharmacist for the past nine years.
Throughout her career, Darlene has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing high-quality pharmacy services to Alaska Native people. Her work has included a special focus on improving access to safe, reliable medication services for rural communities throughout the region.
Born and raised in Utqiaġvik, Darlene is an enrolled Tribal member of the Native Village of Barrow. She has called Fairbanks home for nearly 22 years, where she lives with her husband, Leon Huntington, and their twin daughters, Marian and Rosi.
Darlene’s nearly 15 years of service reflect her dedication to TCC and the people and communities we serve. Her experience, leadership, and commitment will be valuable as she steps into her new role.
