Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) is pleased to announce the selection of Karen Sitton as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer.
Karen brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in accounting, finance, and organizational management. Throughout her career, she has served in key financial and administrative roles with organizations including Tanana Chiefs Conference, Fairbanks Native Association, Doyon, Limited, Fairbanks Resource Agency, and Calista Corporation.
A Koyukon Athabascan Tribal member from Louden, Karen brings a strong understanding of Alaska Native organizations and the unique needs of the communities they serve. Her experience, leadership, and commitment to service closely reflect TCC’s mission, vision, and values.
As Chief Financial Officer, Karen will help guide the organization’s financial operations and support TCC’s ongoing work to strengthen programs and services for Tribal members and communities across the region.
