The Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) Realty Program is issuing an urgent reminder that December 29 of this year is the final day for qualified Vietnam-era Veterans or their eligible heirs to apply for a Native Allotment under the Alaska Native Vietnam-Era Veterans Allotment Program. The legislation to extend this program has NOT PASSED and the deadline is in effect.
TCC Realty has contacted all individuals known to be eligible; however, some have not responded or have not completed their initial applications. To ensure every Veteran and family has the opportunity to secure the land rights owed to them, we are publishing a list of all remaining eligible Veterans who have not yet applied. Please contact TCC Realty to review this list, and if your name or the name of a friend or loved one appears please help us help them! Let them know that time is running out. With the holiday season approaching, appointment availability is extremely limited. We strongly encourage Veterans and families to contact us or the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) as soon as possible to avoid missing this final opportunity.
