The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced they are ending the Solar for All program. On Friday, August 8th, Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) received an official termination notice for the Alaska Tribal Solar for All program from the EPA. As a result, TCC has halted work on the program and paused the selection process.
TCC is working with other Alaskan partners, including Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC), and Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) to determine further action. TCC is saddened to share this news, but remains committed to securing other funding opportunities as they become available.
