SCOPE OF WORK: Tanana Chiefs Conference, Tribal Resource Stewardship invites qualified and experienced individuals that would be able to review proposals that protect tribal hunting and fishing practices. The qualified individual will be able to examine, analyze and summarize proposals and data as well as explain proposals and data in laymen terms. This individual will also help Tribal advocates develop and write testimony.
The selected consultant would have the following knowledge, skills and ability:
- Understand Alaska Tribes
- Knowledgeable of Alaska subsistence laws
- Knowledgeable of hunting and fishing regulations preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to execute work product
- Unbiased analysis
Proposal Due Date: On-Going
Term: Fiscal year 2024 with the opportunity to extend.
