Elders Day of Caring

Tanana Chiefs Conference is proud to partner with Denakkanaaga, the Interior Regional Housing Authority, Doyon, Limited, Fairbanks Native Association and the Council of Laborers Unions for the Elders Day of Caring on Monday, July 21st in Fairbanks!

This is a special opportunity to give back to our Elders by assisting with home projects like painting, yard work, safety improvements, IT technology help and more. Through this partnership, we’ll honor the generations who came before us with hands-on acts of service grounded in our cultural values.

We are seeking volunteers. Our goal is 100 total volunteers! You’ll be teamed up with volunteers from our partner organizations and matched to a project based on your skills and availability.
