In the coming months, you will notice some of our services will be temporarily relocated as Chief Peter John Tribal Building is undergoing upgrades to our HVAC system. You can use this page to read updates regarding which services are being temporarily relocated, the duration of the relocations, and where these services are being relocated to.
Current Areas Affected/Current Services Relocations
The construction work on the 3rd floor of the Chief Peter John Tribal Building (CPJTB) that has been ongoing for the past several months is now complete. As a result, the IT Department will be moving back to the 3rd floor permanently beginning the week of March 17th.
As construction on the 3rd floor wraps up, work will begin on the 6th floor as part of the HVAC system replacement project. This requires all 6th floor staff to temporarily relocate beginning Monday, March 24th, with an expected return in mid-June.
Temporary Relocation Plan for 6th Floor Staff:
- Accounting Department – Relocating to 3rd Floor CAIHC, except for Payroll, which will be on the 2nd Floor CPJTB (HR Side)
- Communications Department – Working remotely
- Legal Department – Some staff will be working remotely, while others, including the Legal Administrative Assistant and Paralegal, will relocate to the Al Ketzler Sr. Building Annex
- Chief Brian Ridley, Executive Support (Chelle Johnson & Reanna Moses) – Relocating to the Al Ketzler Sr. Building
- TCS Administration (Amber Vaska, Betty Ross, and Sonja Huntington) – Relocating to the 5th Floor CPJTB
- 6th Floor Receptionist & Administrative Assistants – Relocating to the 5th Floor CPJTB
