Purchased & Referred Care are health services that we do not directly provide at our facilities. We coordinate and manage payments provided to eligible beneficiaries. We are not an insurance company.
For those health services that we cannot provide directly to beneficiaries, our physicians refer to health specialists and facilities outside of TCC.
For our office to pay for your contract health services, it is important that you understand the process and your obligations. Since funds are limited , there are mandatory federal guidelines that must be followed and enforced.
Important: Call Us Before Receiving Services
You should call us before you receive services. When you call, it is very important to find out if you are eligible and if the services you need are covered. Don’t wait until it’s too late.
