About TCC’s 2019 Convention

Tanana Chiefs Conference’s 2019Annual Delegate and Full Board of Director’s Meeting will take place from March 11th through March 14th at the Westmark Hotel & Conference Center in Fairbanks. Our theme this year is Ch’eghwtsen’;Living Our Values in a Changing World. Ch’eghwtsen’ is inspired by the Gospel According to Chief Peter John and means ‘true love’ in the Lower Tanana dialect. This means that TCC’s services come from a place of love, compassion, and understanding.

During the four day convention TCC’s Full Board of Directors, which consists of delegates from 42 member tribes across interior Alaska, will meet in order to discuss issues impacting our tribes, hold elections and pass resolutions which will guide TCC through the coming year.
