DESCRIPTION:\nThe ATSSA Flagging Certification training course will offer flagging skills required for individuals who are already working in the construction field as a flagger or those interested in becoming a flagger. This certification will satisfy the State of Alaska requirements for working as a flag person on all construction projects.
