TCC CADASTRAL SURVEY PROGRAM
The TCC Cadastral Survey Program provides both large and small scale professional land surveying services for Tribal, government and private clients. This includes boundary surveys of Native Allotments and subdivisions, ANCSA village and regional corporation entitlements and State of Alaska entitlements. The program also specializes in large and small scale control and GPS surveys, topographic surveys, as-builts, subdivisions, research and CAD drafting.
The Cadastral Survey Program, created in 1993, works primarily in bush Alaska in proximity to TCC member villages. Our mission is to involve Tribal members as much as possible in areas where the program has been contracted to provide survey services, through employment, training and consultation, as well as assist with local survey needs.
The program is staffed with two full time licensed surveyors and two full time LIST surveyors at an office located at 137 First Avenue, in Fairbanks, Alaska. Each summer an additional 10 to 20 seasonal surveyors are added to the crew roster.
Contact phone for the survey program is 907-452-8251, ext. 3340
