Job Title: Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment Coordinator & Provider (EPSDT)

Job Summary: Job incumbent is responsible for planning and organizing EPSDT/Well Child activities within TCC health services, village services, other TCC departments, and outside organizations, as appropriate. Track EPSDT exams and referral services through a database and provide regular periodic outreach and coordination of services to families not participating in screenings and referral services. Identify children eligible for Medicaid and assist in enrollment in the Medicaid program. Set up scheduling and coordinate required support for EPSDT clinics. Train staff on program goals, processes, and other individual role in the EPSDT program. Give presentations pertaining to well child periodic screening and immunizations requirements. Assist with CAIHC, village, and outside correspondence regarding immunization requirements and immunizations due.

Job Title: Departmental Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary: Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, job incumbent oversees the clinical services provided by the Behavioral Health Department, with the exception of medical services, and assures compliance with all regulatory agencies’ standards and regulations as they relate to the clinical aspects of the Department. This position supervises and evaluates the clinical staff. An additional component of this position is the ability to provide psychological testing. The position is based on Fairbanks. Qualifications: EDUCATION: Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.; AND Must have at least 5 years experience in the behavioral health field with adult, adolescent and child clients: OR equivalent combination of education and work experience. Job Title: Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment Provider (EPSDT)

Job Summary: Job Summary: Job incumbent is responsible for planning and organizing EPSDT/Well Child activities within TCC health services, village services, other TCC departments, and outside organizations, as appropriate. Track EPSDT exams and referral services through a database and provide regular periodic outreach and coordination of services to families not participating in screenings and referral services. Identify children eligible for Medicaid and assist in enrollment in the Medicaid program. Set up scheduling and coordinate required support for EPSDT clinics. Train staff on program goals, processes, and other individual role in the EPSDT program. Give presentations pertaining to well child periodic screening and immunizations requirements. Assist with CAIHC, village, and outside correspondence regarding immunization requirements and immunizations due. Provide EPSDT exams.
