Mission - The TCC Counseling Center provides effective, quality, client centered behavioral health services.
Vision - Healthy Families in Communities.
Scope of Services - TCC Counseling Center Offers Behavioral Health Services including outpatient counseling and psychiatric care, case management and residential housing for clients with serious mental illness, and crisis intervention and referral. These services are provided in partnership with those we serve and other agencies.

Services provided at the TCC Counseling Center:
General Outpatient Counseling - Psychotherapy and counseling is provided to adults, individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents who need assistance with
Emotional Problems, Behavioral Problems or
Thought Disorders.
Psychiatry - Psychiatric Evaluations, Psychotropic Medication Prescription and monitoring.
Case Management Services: Functional
Assessment, Individual, Family and group skills development and case management for clients with serious mental illness.

Psychotherapy Services
Siobhan Lynch, LCSW - Supervises and directs clinical and administrative operations and provides psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, as well as Intake Services.
Kathy Hodges, LCSW - Provides psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, couples and families, as well as Intake Services.
Dean Zuelsdorf, Psy. D. - Provides contracted psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults and families.
Cristina Ackerman, LMSW - Provides psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults and families, as well as Intake Services.
Sherry Byers, LCSW - Provides contracted psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults and families.
Lisa Hay, MSW Practicum student - Currently enrolled in the University of Alaska Anchorage's MSW Social Worker program. Provides psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults and families, as well as Intake Services.
Psychiatric Services
Anthony Blanford , M.D. - Provides contracted outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication prescription and monitoring. Clients from the Sub-regional villages come to Fairbanks for medication management when psychiatric care is unavailable locally.
Arnold Wyse, M.D. - Provides contracted outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication prescription and monitoring. Clients from the Sub-regional villages come to Fairbanks for medication management when psychiatric care is unavailable locally.

The Individual Deinstitutionalization Program (IDP) and Community Support Program (CSP) provide case management services to clients with serious mental illness from Fairbanks and interior villages. The Case Managers also provide Intake Services.
