Community Health Nursing Services
The goal of Community Health Nursing is to improve the wellness
of TCC Health Services' beneficiaries through care coordination
and education. The program is organized to provide coordination
of medical services for those people that have the greatest
potential risk to their wellness. In addition, Women's Health
clinical services are provided by CHN staff.
We are located on the third (3rd) floor of the new Chief Andrew
Isaac Health Center. Other services on the 3rd floor are WIC,
the Nutritionist, Contract Health, CAIHC Administration, and
the TCC Counseling Center.
