Youth Councils will be formed in all eight villages and will be modeled after the Tribal Council. They will meet at least once a month and discuss issues that directly affect them and make decisions on the management of the Youth Center.
The Holy Cross Youth Council has been formed with a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and members. They have regular meetings to discuss activities and events they would like to plan for their youth center.
