Description:
Daylinda Coordinates
residential systems; i.e. organizes kitchen interns, manages
food budget, places food orders, coordinates food
distribution to teams away from campus on service
projects, plans and
participates in evening and weekend cultural and
recreational activities. As Recruitment Specialist, Daylinda is responsible for
spreading the word about the fantastic opportunities the
TCCC Nenana program provides for Native youth.
Daylinda is integral to the recruitment, application
and selection process for TCCC*Alaska Members. She
also publishes brochures and photos to highlight the
purpose and successes of the program. |

Bio:
Daylinda moved to Nenana in
1989 from California. She has raised three of her sons
in Nenana and loves the area and people, who
welcomed her to town when she first arrived. Daylinda
works with the Nenana Seniors and is a member of the
Nenana Chamber of Commerce. |

Misty

Description:
Misty
provides direct supervision and mentoring to team
leaders, coordinates evaluation of service projects by
teams, reviews team logs, and performs service project
site visits. Misty fills in for assistant team leaders in the event of an
absence. |
Bio:
Misty is originally from Lame Deer Montana
and is an enrolled member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe.
Misty worked in a similar position for the Mille Lacs
Band TCCC in
Minnesota. Misty attended Sheridan Community College in
Wyoming and Concordia University in St. Paul Minnesota. She has been with TCCC Alaska since 2002.
